It's Not Rocket Science
Freaking Introduction
My room could become a stable room of 20-30 chatters for over 12 hours every day, if the chatters who know about my room would frequent the room more often and, when not actively participating, park there.
This isn't about growing a room by attracting new chatters who are drifting by and don't know who we are and who may not be familiar with the whole Christianity section dynamics. This is about a core number of chatters who already know all about the room, and who⸺on different levels and to different degrees⸺appreciate the room's raison d’être. (If you don't know what "raison d’être" means, use a fucking dictionary.)

That's 30 people right there (and there are probably several more I forgot to mention). These chatters could become a core nucleus of the room, enabling it to become a stable room of 20 to 30 people for several hours a day.
Now, I'm not blaming all these chatters equally. Some of them have been more or less loyal to the room by coming in and parking for hours, when they are not actively participating. And that's great. But we need more of this loyalty⸺on a regular, ongoing basis⸺or the room is going to continue to flounder and will probably die a slow death.
It's not rocket science.
